Firstly for all those not present ytd, pls take note:
In the future, we expect everyone to be present for training unless you have matters to attend to or you are very sick. If you are injured or slightly ill, we expect you to be present and we'll have plans for you =).
1. Depending on which part you're injured, we'll train what's left of you.
Eg. knee pain, practice throws. Arm injured, train fitness.
2. If you very ill, of cus you shld go home and rest. But if you're having just a mild flu or cough, come and help us set up and facillate the training.
Secondly, Wed training as usual , 3pm to 6pm @ Stadium. Attendence, inform Joel or me before Wed.
