SPU?

SPU-ians?,

Intensity, intensity, intensity, what is intensity? All he mention is only intensity. what a joke i am.

How much effort is channled from you during training? Is painful to hear. Rather call it a quit if SPU is not appealing for you to showcase anymore compared to outside - leagues and such.

SPU never existed. What will you be doing right now? Will you even be playing Ultimate? I will be having a girlfriend now. Where do your roots come from? Do you even care?

Spu-ians,

There is a compulsory meeting this coming friday 5.15pm @ MPF, regarding training matters as well as NYP IVP event. All are expected to turn up. Not able to, provide reasons to me personally.
