Back in Shape.

Hi guys, training will resume next Wednesday 6th July 2011 at 1.30pm. Please bring along your track shoes as we will conduct track training too. One thing you guys gotta note is that, please do not apply your GEMs on Wednesdays, as it will eat into our training time. If you're unable to make it for training or you are coming late, please have the courtesy to inform either Daniel, Pravin or me.

Training would be on Wednesdays and Fridays, please take note of the timings.

Wednesdays: 130pm - 630pm latest (inclusive of track training)
Fridays: 5pm to 9pm

Things to bring for every training:
- Water bottle
- Disc
- Dark and white shirt
- Right mindset

We'll always try to end as early as we can, provided that we are able to get everything done on time. And also, as long as there are no information passed out, training is on rain or shine. If you have to come down late, it's alright as long as you inform someone, just come for training.
