Something you ought to know.

Hi freshies, i'm tang. Your vice captain here. Before you guys start to experience what the real ultimate frisbee is like, here are something that you all gotta know- the rules and how to throw a proper backhand and forehand. Well, here are just some mediums which you guys can refer to, but if you guys do have questions on the rules or even how to throw properly, feel free to approach any seniors for help!

Oh, and a side note for you guys, we don't encourage spiking of the disc!
