Step up your game

Hello ppl,

Trainings will be on on wednesday and friday respectively.
As i told you guys before about us (the seniors) are looking out for ppl for the training squad for IVP, hope you guys did not forget this.

Next training onwards, please bring your aggressiveness, the right attitude to every training. If you leave your right midset to train at home, i'd suggest you just stay home. We ain't called "Intensity" and "Desire" for fun. Bear that in mind.

Attendance wise, ultimate is a team game, can you tell me how to conduct training when there's less than 2 lines of ppl down for training? Spare a thought for your team mates who find time to come training.

Now about the initiative. If the training starts at 130, it means boots up by 130. If you see no one on the field, take the initiative to set up the field, etc. Take the initiative to inform any of the seniors if you're not coming for training.

Don't be a pampered kid, grow up. You still can train even your muscles are aching, having minor sprains or whatever. Ask around among the seniors what if they have minor sprains, muscle aching etc, do they still train? It's time to step out of your comfort zone.

Lastly, seniors came up with this rule:
"No water, no disc, no boots = no training for you"

We are not scolding you guys, you are old enough to understand what we want.
It's just a reminder of what is expected from you guys.
