Semester 2 - Time to Shine

Hello SPU,

This Semester will be a Semester filled with lots of sweat and muscle aches. It will be the Semester to shine, no holding back because we're expecting only the best from everyone.

Training information is as followed -

Wednesdays - 3-5 [ Stadium,Field Training ] 5-7 [ Track Training ]
Thursdays - 5-10 [ MPF,Field Training ]

One white and one dark top as usual, water and your - Personal Disc.

If you need to purchase a replacement disc inform Leon/Deme.
If you are unable to attend any trainings make sure you inform the relevant people.

There will be trainings unless stated otherwise, so you can check the google calender under the chill tab.
