Ultimate in Life

Hi Guys,

As mentioned during debrief for the last training there are a few expectations for the next semester.

  1. Reporting of attendance- It's respect to the team by letting your teammates know if you are unable to attend training for valid reasons.
  2. Valid reasons - you are sick, make-up classes, re-tests, industrial visits, official school events.
  3. Discs - Do take care of your personal discs as much as possible, everyone is expected to have at least one for training, feel free to bring more.
  4. Mindset - Nothing less than a 100%.
More importantly -

Since this was the first semester there was alot of adapting going on for everyone. However as we near the end of one semester, everyone should be familiar with the pace of your current year. As such it is ESSENTIAL for Your own good that you incoperate trainings into your timetable. Work harder, squeeze revision while travelling on the train/bus. Watch less Television. Play lesser games. In fact most people should be pretty free on some days without assignments/projects to submit. Use those days to revise.

I do not expect anyone to be coming up to either Wong or myself telling us you have to skip training to rush work. You should be responsible for your work and not do it last minute. Discipline will help you get good grades. So get some discipline.

On a lighter note - if there are any problems you face and you really really cannot finish because of some reasons, talk to us before hand. Not on the day of training itself.

Holiday Trainings

Attendance is compulsory for everyone. More information on dates and venue will be up once we have them.

Training camp - "Seal the Deal" - More information when it's available, attendance is once again compulsory.

Study Smart,
Enjoy yourselves,
Joel
